Yes we do: 1-877-665-8001

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, checks, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and other forms of payment such as Traveler's Checks and money orders as well. If you are purchasing online, we also accept PayPal.

Do you sell over the phone?

Yes, you can purchase anything over the phone (toll-free 1-877-665-8001) — such as lessons, gift certificates, repairs, special orders, etc.

Do you sell online?

Absolutely! Almost everything listed for sale on our website is available for purchase online. Our site is secure, and your privacy is always honored.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship anything you buy in our store -- instruments, amps, accessories, books, t-shirts, etc. -- to any place in the world.

Why should I buy from you?

We've been in business since 1962, offering the best service from musicians to musicians. We stand behind our products by thoroughly inspecting them, setting them up and by being a warranty and service center for every single brand we sell.

What kind of instruments do you repair?

We repair all stringed instruments, most electronics, and some percussion and wind instruments as well.

Are you a Warranty and/or Service Center for the brands you sell?

Yes, we are a Warranty and Service Center for Art and Lutherie, Charvel, Deering, EVH, Fender®, Gold Tone, Gretsch, Guild, Jackson, Korg, LaPatrie, Martin, Marshall, Olympia, Orpheum, Ovation, Park, Seagull, Sigma, Simon and Patrick, Squier, SWR, Tacoma, Takamine, Taylor, Vox, and Yamaha.

Do you offer lessons?

Yes, we offer lessons in all styles of music for people of any age. We offer guitar (bluegrass, rock, blues, jazz, flamenco, classical, reggae, country, etc.), bass, double bass, resonator guitar (dobro), banjo, mandolin, ukulele, voice, piano, violin, harmonica and drum lessons. They are held at the second floor of our studio. See our Lessons page for more info.

What are the rates for lessons?

Our rates are $25 for a 1/2 hour weekly lesson. We are currently offering a sign-up special where if you pay for your first four lessons all together, you will get a fifth lesson for free.

What are your lesson policies?

Lessons should be paid for one month in advance, during the first week of that month. If this is not possible, then pay each week before the lesson! No refunds will be given, but lessons may be made up when 24-hour notice has been given for the missed lesson. If a student must postpone a lesson for an extended time because of a vacation, illness or other reason, the teachers' time may be reserved by payment of half the lesson fees for that missed period. 24-hour notice must be given by the student in order to be offered a make-up lesson. If a proper notice is not received, the lesson will be considered forfeited, and the student will be billed for the scheduled time. Early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable! Teachers will allow ten minutes to pass from the scheduled start of an individual lesson, then it will be considered a forfeited lesson, and the student will be billed for the scheduled time. If a student is late for a lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. If the teacher is late, the full lesson will be given.

Do you offer gift certificates?

Yes we do. You can either purchase them at the store or by phone (toll-free: 1-877-665-8001).

Do you have a layaway plan?

Yes we do. We ask for a 25% down payment and then you have 3 months to complete your payment.

Do you rent instruments?

Yes we do. Give us a call (toll free: 1-877-665-8001) or email us for more info on rentals.

Do you consign instruments?

Yes we do. You will have to bring your instrument or amp for us to test it. Upon verification, you will have to fill out a consignment agreement. When the instrument sells, the store will keep 25% of the selling price before taxes.

Do you appraise instruments?

Yes we do. Written appraisals are good for insurance purposes, as well as for many other legal and non-legal purposes. The cost of this service is $25 and you will have to leave your instrument with us to get a written appraisal.
