Payment Options:

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Personal Checks and Money Orders (with personal ID and clearance).

Shipping/Handling:

We ship worldwide. Customer pays for shipping and handling (except where qualifying for free shipping). On international orders customer is responsible for any customs fees. Some items may be restricted on sales outside of the USA. Your order will ship within 2 business days after receiving payment.

We are not able to ship Fender or Squier products outside of the USA.

Free Shipping:

On most items over $150 for the continental US only.

Warranty:

We are an official service and warranty center for all of the brands we sell. Some accessories/parts may not come with a warranty.

Returns:

• Returns for store credit only, within 48 hours of receiving purchased item.
• If you wish to return an item, you must call us or email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. We won't process returns without one.
• A shipping charge will be deducted from the return, even if the item was shipped for free.
• Customer pays for return shipping charges. Item has to be shipped and insured the same way it was sent from us.
• Item will be inspected before issuing refund credit.
• No returns with amps or used/vintage gear.
