It comes around every year and, though to the child it seems to take forever, for the parent it can seem like you just got done planning the last birthday party when the next one is coming up. 

Whether you are doing a simple and small event for just a few friends and family members or if you are planning a birthday party event , there are a couple of steps you can take to dramatically reduce the amount of planning you need to do.

The most expensive but most effective way to take planning a birthday off of your plate is to hire a party planner. Finding a party planner is surprisingly easy and, if your celebration is small, the cost shouldn't be too jaw-dropping.

 For most people this option is just too expensive to justify for the amount of work that goes into your typical child's birthday party.

The easiest way to plan a party is to just have an outdoors gathering at a park, weather permitting. You don't really need decorations. Simply tell people to show up and have fun.

Another option that exists to help plan a birthday is to buy a pre packaged birthday party kit. There are many sites on the internet that offer a package deal with better pricing than buying each item separately.
